Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or out of touch with yourself?

I'm Michelle, a mindfulness practitioner specialising in sound healing, breathwork and nervous system support. Helping women who are ready to feel calm, grounded and like themselves again.

I'm Michelle, founder of Lotus InnerBalance

My journey into this work was personal. Navigating grief, perimenopause and emotional overwhelm taught me first-hand what stress does to the nervous system — and what becomes possible when you feel genuinely safe and supported.

Through mindfulness, breathwork and sound healing, I learned to regulate my nervous system, soften chronic stress and find my way back to calm. These practices didn't just help me cope — they helped me rebuild.

Now it's my purpose to create that same space for others. Everything I offer is rooted in science-backed practice and delivered with compassion, inclusiveness and care. No judgement. No pressure. Just practical tools and a space that meets you exactly where you are.

Kind Words
  • "A couple of sessions with Michelle has really changed my life. It sounds dramatic but she gives you the tools to practise mindfulness and teaches you how to switch off the white noise in your brain. I used to live my life trying to get everything done in record time, never actually being aware of what I was doing. Now I've been shown how to stop, be present and be in the moment — it's making such a difference to my stress levels. Once Michelle shares the know-how with you, you can't believe you lived your life without it. Simple but powerful stuff."

  • "The visualisation made me feel so empowered. I came away with a stronger belief in myself and a new sense of resilience I didn't know I had."

  • "I wasn't sure what to expect but I felt so comfortable and relaxed. My body felt light and I loved your calm voice — can't wait for the next one."

  • "I felt exhausted after but I've felt happy all day, which is something I haven't felt in ages."
